Main responsibilities:

  • Setting up new cases by entering information into our case management system and scanning and saving documents
  • Printing and collating letters and claim packs
  • Recording deadlines in calendars
  • Emailing clients and debtors
  • Calling courts to chase claims
  • Taking calls from debtors and clients to discuss the case
