Maths & English Tutors Needed in Birkenhead | Flexible 1:1 Outreach Tuition
is seeking dedicated Maths and English Tutors in Birkenhead to provide 1:1 support for pupils outside of mainstream education. These tutoring opportunities are funded through local authorities and schools, supporting young people who require additional educational intervention, SEN support, or alternative provision.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering personalised Maths and English tuition
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
- Teaching in homes, libraries, and community venues
- Helping learners build confidence and re-engage with education
- Tailoring sessions to individual academic needs and learning styles

- GCSE Maths and English
- KS2 & KS3 intervention
- Functional Skills
- SEN and additional needs
- SEMH support
- Autism and ADHD
- Behaviour and engagement support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
