Estimator – Small Works / M&E Projects
Liverpool We’re working with a regional contractor looking to appoint an Estimator to support the delivery of small works projects across a range of commercial, education, and residential schemes. Projects are typically valued between £0.5m–£2m and involve a large amount of M&E-focused works, where the business acts as principal contractor. They are open to candidates from intermediate through to senior level. Key Responsibilities: * Preparing cost estimates and tender submissions * Pricing M&E and general construction packages * Liaising with clients, subcontractors and internal delivery teams * Supporting projects from enquiry through to handover Requirements: * Previous experience within estimating in the construction sector * Experience working on small works or refurbishment projects * Understanding of M&E packages would be advantageous * Strong commercial awareness and communication skills Package: * Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience * Some hybrid working available * Long-term opportunity with a steadily growing contractor Apply If you’re interested in this opportunity, please apply with a copy of your CV or get in touch with our Commercial Specialist, Jane Fairhurst
