Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging English Language and Literature lessons * Teach across KS3 and KS4 * Support students in developing literacy, communication and analytical skills * Maintain high standards of teaching and learning

Requirements: * QTS or equivalent qualification * Recent, relevant experience and strong subject knowledge * Excellent classroom management skills * Enhanced Child Workforce DBS Certificate or willingness to obtain one
Pay and Benefits: * Competitive daily pay rate up to £232.56 per day, depending on experience * Long-term supply placement until July * Ongoing support from a dedicated Tradewind Recruitment consultant * Access to CPD and training opportunities, including safeguarding and behaviour management
