Bank Support Worker – Liverpool
£13.45 per hour + 12.07% holiday pay
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our supported living team in Liverpool. In this role, you will provide person-centred support to individuals with complex mental health needs, helping them maintain independence and improve their overall quality of life.
You will support residents with daily living activities, emotional wellbeing, and practical tasks, while promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion at all times.
About the Service
SIS is a well-established care provider across the North West, supporting people with mental health and housing needs since 2014.
Glenarie House is a beautiful period property located within peaceful park surroundings. The service offers accommodation for up to 16 residents across three floors, with shared facilities and lift access. The home provides 24-hour support, including waking night staff, for adults with complex mental health needs.

What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for supporting others and making a difference
- Previous experience in mental health support
- Experience working within supported living services
- A full driving licence is preferred but not essential
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable, but not required
