About the role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Brand Marketing and Events Coordinator to support the promotion of our Higher Education and A-level offer. If you’re experienced in marketing, events and content creation, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

You will take the lead on planning and delivering marketing activity across digital, print and live events, supporting recruitment and engagement while ensuring brand consistency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver short- and long-term marketing plans.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver a wide range of events, including open events, enrolment events, graduation ceremonies, VIP visits and award events
  • Create engaging marketing content including graphics, photography and video for digital and social channels
  • Work collaboratively with curriculum teams, design and digital colleagues, and external partners
  • Act as the key marketing contact for partner HEIs, ensuring brand compliance and approvals
  • Support social media and website content development to increase engagement and reach
  • Produce and manage targeted marketing publications and promotional materials
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and contribute to market research activity

What we’re looking for

Essential

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business or a related subject
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure

Desirable:

  • Experience in a marketing role within a customer-focused environment
  • Experience of coordinating events
  • Experience of digital marketing, social media and email campaigns
  • Understanding of the post-16 or post-18 education sector
