Financial Services AdministratorLocation: Liverpool City CentreSalary: Up to £30,000 DOEFull-time | Permanent | 8:30am - 5:30pm (flexible if required) | HybridIndustry: Financial ServicesWe're currently recruiting for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join a well-established and growing business. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in financial services or wealth management administration who is looking to join a supportive, professional environment and build on their existing knowledge. This role would suit someone who enjoys managing processes from start to finish, working closely with clients and advisers, and ensuring a high standard of accuracy and service throughout.The Role:You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of client cases, supporting a range of financial administration processes from initial setup through to ongoing servicing. You'll act as a key point of contact for clients, advisers, and internal teams, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with internal procedures and regulatory standards.Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own portfolio of client cases from start to finish
  • Act as a main point of contact for clients, advisers, and internal teams
  • Support a range of new business and ongoing administration activities
  • Process client instructions, updates, payments, and account changes accurately
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and escalate any risks, issues, or complaints appropriately
  • Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience in financial services administration or wealth management support
  • Strong understanding of working within a regulated environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases at once
  • Confident communication skills when dealing with clients, advisers, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • A proactive and professional approach to work

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting advisers or working within an investment, wealth management, or broader financial services setting
  • Exposure to complex financial products or case management
  • Working towards or completed industry qualifications would be an advantage
