Financial Services AdministratorLocation: Liverpool City CentreSalary: Up to £30,000 DOEFull-time | Permanent | 8:30am - 5:30pm (flexible if required) | HybridIndustry: Financial ServicesWe're currently recruiting for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join a well-established and growing business. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in financial services or wealth management administration who is looking to join a supportive, professional environment and build on their existing knowledge. This role would suit someone who enjoys managing processes from start to finish, working closely with clients and advisers, and ensuring a high standard of accuracy and service throughout.The Role:You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of client cases, supporting a range of financial administration processes from initial setup through to ongoing servicing. You'll act as a key point of contact for clients, advisers, and internal teams, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with internal procedures and regulatory standards.Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of client cases from start to finish
- Act as a main point of contact for clients, advisers, and internal teams
- Support a range of new business and ongoing administration activities
- Process client instructions, updates, payments, and account changes accurately
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Ensure all work is completed in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Identify and escalate any risks, issues, or complaints appropriately
- Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in financial services administration or wealth management support
- Strong understanding of working within a regulated environment
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases at once
- Confident communication skills when dealing with clients, advisers, and internal stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- A proactive and professional approach to work
Desirable:
- Experience supporting advisers or working within an investment, wealth management, or broader financial services setting
- Exposure to complex financial products or case management
- Working towards or completed industry qualifications would be an advantage
