Working from contemporary offices with fantastic transport links into the city, this is an opportunity not to be missed. Your new roleThe position is offered full time from Monday to Friday with a hybrid model in place. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday from 09.00am until 17.30pm, with a 17.00pm finish on Friday. The main purpose of the position is to support the Team Manager with day-to-day operations, team development and quality standards within the Business Support team, while acting as an escalation point for complex cases and providing management cover when required.Some of your duties will include but not limited to Provide cover when the Team Manager is absentLiaise regularly with the Team Manager to align prioritiesSupport day-to-day management of team rotas and work distributionLiaise with internal teams to support timely resolution of complex cases.Contact customers who have requested management escalationCarry out quality control checks on completed cases and calls.Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance and complianceStrong understanding of Business Support policies, processes and operations.Understanding of regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty and complaints handlingAwareness of operational risk What you'll need to succeedProven history of working within financial services or an office-based team leader positionStrong communications skills Personable and professional Passion for going that extra mile and developing staffExceptional eye for detail What you'll get in returnCompetitive salary at between £33,000 and £35,000 per annum Hybrid working Great city centre location Friendly and supportive team 25 days holiday plus bank holidays What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
