Contract type:Full Time or Part Time - 12 hours shift patterns - Weekends included
Rate:£13.31 (on completion of Exemplar Care Certificate)

As a Health Care Assistant, youll support adults living with complex care needs to live their best lives.

No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- encouragingand supporting people to take part in social activities, both in and out of the home

- completing and maintainingcare records.
