As a Key Accounts Coordinator, you will be expected to:
- Be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery. Providing strong product knowledge to support Trade and Retail customers. Resolving enquiries and complaints promptly. Use BISTRACK to manage transactions in line with procedures. Contributing to business objectives through effective teamwork, stock control, safe working practices whilst providing commitment to equality, diversity, and health and safety.
To be successful in a Key Accounts Coordinator role, the skills you will need:
- Experience of working in a sales office and key accounts environment within the building supplies industry.
- Proven experience managing and coordinating dedicated sales accounts and dealing directly with key account customers via face-to-face, telephone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience in raising customer orders and purchase orders, and handling general enquiries using a dedicated ERP system.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels.
- Demonstrate ability to meet and exceed KPIs and targets while managing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Be self-motivated, flexible, and resilient, able to work under pressure and maintain a high standard of work in a fast-paced team environment.
