I'm looking for a highly organised Complaints Administrator to support a busy team during a period of increased workload. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring complaints are logged accurately and efficiently, helping the wider team maintain excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and update complaints data into internal systems with a high level of accuracy
- Manage incoming information and ensure all records are maintained in a timely manner
- Support the complaints team with administrative tasks as required
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Previous administrative experience within a regulated environment
- Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Confident in using IT systems and learning new software
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
