Pay Rate:£12.71ph
Shifts: 07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00
Days: 4-on-4-off ( 2 days, 2 nights)
We are currently recruitingMachine Operativesto join our busy production team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production line environment, supporting the safe and efficient running of automated and semi-automated machinery. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals looking to develop skills in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating production line machinery safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading materials and components
- Monitoring machine performance and reporting faults or issues
- Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the production area
- Following all health & safety and operating procedures
- Supporting general production and factory duties as required
Requirements
- Previous machine operative experience in a production or manufacturing environment is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physically capable of manual tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
