Triage Nurses – Liverpool (OOH Services)
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting experienced Triage and Assessment Nurses to support Out of Hours (OOH) services across Liverpool.
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Setting: Out of Hours / Urgent Care
Shifts: Flexible availability across weekdays, nights, and weekends
Pay Rates:
- Monday to Friday: £28 LTD / £25 PAYE (inclusive) per hour
- Weekends: £35 LTD / £31 PAYE (inclusive) per hour
- Nights: £35 LTD / £31 PAYE (inclusive) per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective telephone and face-to-face triage
- Undertake rapid clinical assessments within a primary care/urgent care setting
- Provide appropriate clinical advice, treatment, and onward referrals
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
- Current indemnity cover
- Demonstrable experience in urgent care, triage, and rapid assessment
- Valid NHS Smartcard (essential)
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced clinical environment
