Job Advert: Part-Time Lettings & Property Administrator (20 hours per week)
Location: Liverpool Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday (ideal for 3-4 half-days) Salary:£30,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
About the Role
We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and confident Lettings & Property Administrator to support our Liverpool office. This role is ideal for a student seeking flexible part-time work, especially someone studying business, property, law, or a related field.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in lettings and property management while supporting the day-to-day running of a growing company.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with managing current rental properties

Handle basic tenant and landlord enquiries

Support new lettings, renewals, and tenancy administration

Help coordinate maintenance and repairs

Maintain compliance records and documentation

Prepare weekly admin updates for the Business Manager

Support marketing activities and social media content

Assist with business growth tasks, including contacting potential landlords

Occasionally attend networking or property events (optional)

Experience in lettings or property management is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided.
