Youll be part of adynamic, compassionate teamdelivering a vital service that helps families build and maintain positive relationships in a safe, nurturing environment.

What Youll Do

In thisrewarding and varied role, youll:

• Support and supervisefamily time between children and their birth families, both in our centres and out in the community.
• Observe and recordsessions in a sensitive and factual way, ensuring that every childs experience is positive and safe.
• Liaise with social workersand professionals, sharing observations and raising any concerns when needed.
• Transport and accompanychildren and young people safely to and from contact sessions.
• Promote safeguardingat all times, following Swan Familys policies and procedures.
• Attend meetings and training, ensuring youre always growing in your role.

Youll be joining acreative, supportive, and child-centred teamthat takes pride in providing excellent care and being a positive force in each childs life.

What Were Looking For

• Empathetic, calm, and non-judgementalin your approach.
• A great communicator, able to build trust with children, families, and professionals.
• Reliable and organised, with a genuine passion for supporting families and helping children thrive.

Essential Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or a related field.
• An up-to-dateDBSfor working with children and adults (we can help with this if needed).

Desirable:

• A full driving licence and access to a car (helpful but not essential).
