Change Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a leading operation in St Helens for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the team on a permanent basis Please note this is NOT agency work.

- Monday to Friday: 7:00am 4:30pm

??The Role
Youll take ownership of a key warehouse function, leading from the front and ensuring everything runs efficiently:
- Manage and lead a team of up to 10 operatives
- Deliver daily briefings, toolbox talks, and team meetings
- Plan and coordinate daily picking, checking, inbound & outbound activities
- Monitor and drive KPIs, accuracy, and productivity
- Oversee goods in/out processes ensuring quality and organisation
- Use WMS systems to track performance and produce reports
- Train, coach, and develop your team
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new starters
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and operational standards
??What Were Looking For
Were after a reliable, hands-on supervisor who can take control and deliver results:
- Experience in a warehouse supervisor or team leader role
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Background in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Experience using WMS and PDA systems
- Ability to motivate, challenge, and develop staff
- Organised, proactive, and confident working independently
??Health & Safety Responsibility
- Ensure all staff follow strict H&S procedures
- Challenge unsafe behaviour and maintain standards
- Report and investigate incidents where required
