About the Role:
We are currently seeking two skilled and reliable Fencers to join our growing team working within the social housing sector. This role involves carrying out fencing repairs, replacements, and installations across residential properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, repair, and replacement of various fencing types
- Working on occupied and void social housing properties
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
- Accurately recording work completed and reporting any additional issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience withfencing and Groundworks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Desirable:
- Experience working within social housing or property maintenance
- CSCS Card or willing to complete E-learning courses (Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working at Height and COSHH)
