Role Overview

The School Administrator will be central to the daily operation of the school office, ensuring efficient communication and accurate record management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing reception and front-of-house duties

  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries

  • Maintaining student and staff records on MIS

  • Supporting attendance processes

  • Assisting with admissions documentation

  • Preparing letters, reports, and communications

  • Coordinating meetings and appointments

  • Managing filing and compliance documentation

  • Supporting SLT with administrative tasks

  • Ensuring confidentiality at all times

This role requires professionalism, efficiency, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Administrative Team

The Administrator will work within a structured office team including the Office Manager and Attendance Officer. Systems are well established, and training will be provided on school-specific platforms.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience (school preferred)

  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office & MIS)

  • Excellent communication skills
