Experience and Qualifications
• Previous caretaking, facilities, or maintenance experience
• Understanding of health & safety procedures
• Ability to carry out basic repairs and maintenance
• Reliable, flexible, and hands-on approach
• Willingness to support events and occasional out-of-hours work
