Person Specification

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Have proven experience teaching Years 3–6 in a primary school

  • Be confident in classroom management and proactive in addressing challenges

  • Have experience supporting SEND and EAL pupils

  • Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to high-quality teaching and pupil success

  • Possess excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrate creativity and innovation in lesson planning and delivery

  • Experience leading a subject or school initiative

  • Familiarity with digital teaching platforms and educational technology
