A temporary, full-time contract has opened up at this well-established secondary school for a highly competent Caretaker to cover a sabbatical. The role requires immediate focus on security protocols, daily maintenance checks, and assisting the Site Manager with ongoing projects.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Access Control: Managing deliveries, checking contractor attendance, and securing the main gates during the school day.
- Safety Sentinel: Conducting checks and ensuring compliance with all fire and safety procedures.
- Building Champion: Carrying out routine preventative maintenance and reacting efficiently to urgent repair needs.
