Your role
- Support customers with learning and physical disabilities to build independence and reach their potential
- Work as a key worker to help individuals create and follow care and support plans
- Provide personalised care, including sensitive personal care and safe medication management
- Assistcustomers with daily routines such as getting up, washed and dressed
- Support customers to access the community, including shops, cafés,friendsand appointments
- Promote a positive culture by engaging with customers and reducing social isolation
- Helpmaintaina clean and comfortable environment and follow safe practices, including risk assessments
Your skills
- Experience delivering personal care is helpful but not essential
- Kind,caringand compassionate nature
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs
- Strong organisational skills
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
- Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
