Liverpool, we are a dynamic team that specialises in providing high quality
commercial contract negotiation services to in-house legal and business
teams at an impressive list of global and UK based financial institutions.

We are growing rapidly, which means we are recruiting ambitious
paralegals to join our team who are bright, proactive and up for the challenge
of scaling a business. We offer the
fantastic option for our paralegals to move on to training contracts
with us after a period of being a paralegal with us.

We
run a highly bespoke and unique training programme for all our new joiners that
covers the workings of the business, legal skills and the detailed provisions
contained in legal documentation that they will review and negotiate.
Candidates must:

Have completed or be completing the Legal Practice Course or the SQE (or
equivalent) and be degree-qualified to Bachelors or Masters level, minimum 2:1
requirement
- Include
both a CV sent in a word or .pdf format and a cover letter detailing why you
are interested in the role
- Be
able to demonstrate strong technical legal ability, excellent attention to
detail and a commercial mind

Brimming with energy, ideas, a positive outlook and a can-do attitude
- Be
IT competent - a good grasp of professional social-media is preferred but not
essential
- Be
fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication, and be
legally able to work in the UK without restriction
Applying

Previous work experience in a law firm or in-house legal team
would be beneficial so if you have this, then tell us. You may already be working
as a paralegal, just starting out, or have a year or two to gain experience
before you begin your training contract elsewhere or be a career paralegal – we
welcome applicants from each of these stages or their equivalent.
