Chartered Building Surveyor
£35,000 - £55,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance
Construo Recruitment is working with a leading property consultancy that is expanding nationwide. They are seeking experienced Building Surveyors to join their team, with roles available across multiple regions of the UK.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property inspections and produce detailed survey reports

Assess structural conditions, defects, and maintenance requirements

Provide expert guidance on property risks and market valuations

Ensure all reports are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
Requirements:

Recognised qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT, or MICWCI
-
Proven experience in residential property surveys

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Full UK driving licence
