We’re looking for an Operations Team Leader to manage and develop a team. If you understand the pace and pressure of a skilled trades environment, this is your chance to step up.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and coaching a team to deliver efficient job scheduling and service delivery
- Managing workloads, priorities, and escalations
- Supporting engineers and operational teams to hit targets and SLAs
- Using data and systems to track performance and improve delivery
- Driving a strong, customer-focused team culture
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a trades environment (Gas desirable)
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator used to working in fast-paced operations
- Good understanding of service delivery, compliance, and H&S
