Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Customer Business Hub Officer to play a pivotal role in the effective delivery of Cobalt’s administration, contact centre and reception services. Working closely with the Customer Experience Manager, you will help drive an excellent customer experience through a strong ‘first time resolution’ approach, ensuring customers receive timely, accurate support and are referred to specialist teams when needed.This role combines hands-on leadership with operational delivery. You will line-manage the Customer Business Hub team while also supporting the service by completing administrative tasks and handling customer enquiries as required. You will ensure transactional and administrative processes across the Customer Directorate are delivered efficiently, consistently and with a clear customer focus.
As a key link between frontline services and wider organisational teams, you will help embed a professional, proactive and high-quality service culture. Working collaboratively with service leads across Cobalt, you will support a coordinated approach to delivering excellent outcomes for our customers.
