Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled TEL Technician to join our team. You will provide a high level of service supporting the use of Technology Enhanced Learning across a range of undergraduate, postgraduate, Doctoral and CPD programmes, ensuring optimal organisation, maintenance, and preparation of teaching/assessment spaces/equipment. You will use and support specialist technologies and will be involved in assisting and training staff and students, and with the creation of resources, training materials and SOPs.
The role is varied, involving both independent work and team working. Essential skills include excellent organisation, time management and problem-solving. Relevant interpersonal skills are also essential. Experience in a relevant technical role, including the development of SOPs, supporting VLEs, user guides and training materials are required. You should be educated to BTEC Higher level (or equivalent).
This post is full time (35 hours per week) and is fixed term until 31 December 2027.
