Benridge was our first Care Homes and has been open to residents for over 40 years. It has a lovely homely feel and over the years has gained an excellent reputation for being one of the best care provisions for residents with Dementia.
Benridge is located in an ideal position within Southport on Queens Road; only minutes away from local amenities, Hesketh Park, and a short walk away from the town centre, train station and the famous shopping area of Lord Street and the sea front.
The Role
At Benridge, we are searching for a new House Keeper to join our team. You will be working as part of a team to ensure the residents garments are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
In this role you will be:
Adhering to all cleaning schedules and the colour-coded equipment system
Respectful of resident’s personal information - always maintaining confidentiality
Complying with all relevant statutory and legal requirements
Taking an active role in identifying the changing needs of our clients and realising the importance of maintaining accurate documentation
Knowledgeable in respect of all Infection Control regulations and procedures, adhering to these at ALL times, to prevent cross contamination

Qualifications
None required, but increased rate of pay if you hold a relevant NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification. Experience within the care sector is preferred but not essential.

*Pay will be determined on age, experience and qualifications. Your hourly rate will be reviewed again on the successful completion of your 6 month probationary period.
**Payable on completion of a successful 6 month probation. The employee that made the referral must also remain employed by us, in order to be eligible for the £50 Bonus.
