Customer Business Hub Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a Customer Business Hub Manager to play a central role in delivering our ambitious customer strategy. This is a pivotal leadership position, driving service excellence, operational consistency, and a culture where every interaction reflects our People First value.

You will lead with insight, innovation, and a commitment to getting things right the first time. By championing a ‘first-time resolution’ approach, you’ll ensure customer queries are handled swiftly accurately, and with genuine care, while enabling seamless referrals to specialist teams when needed.

This role is also essential to maintaining high operational standards across the Customer Directorate. You’ll ensure that all transactional and administrative processes are delivered with compliance, and consistency.
