- Review and action emails received into the finance department shared mailbox
- Support coding and matching supplier invoices; requesting goods receipts for open purchase orders, obtaining authorisation for invoices requiring direct approval
- Address queries effectively and in a timely manner
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Support with control of stock and fixed assets
- Support with purchase ledger housekeeping tasks by closing aged purchase orders
- Support with administrative tasks, such as correspondence, filing and printing
What do we need
- Good telephone and communication abilities
- The ability to manage changing and conflicting priorities
- GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent
- Some previous experience working within Accounts Payable is necessary
