Have you ever worked in the fast-paced logistics environment? Do you have experience in transport, but want new a challenge where you can further develop your skills and knowledge?
Here at GXO Logistics, we are currently looking for the full-time, permanent Yard Operatives to join our team in Haydock for our customer, one of the largest chain of supermarkets in the UK, Sainsburys.
You will be working on a rotating shift pattern of 4 on 4 off with the hours of 06:00 18:00 and 18:00 06:00.

What you will do on a typical day:
- Ensure the efficiency of trailers availability
- Provide instructions to the depot shunting team
- Manage vehicle movements within the yard
- Responsible for the correct placing of vehicles

- Organisational and analytical skills
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Computer literate including MS Office skills
