Job Description
JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a Part-Time Cleaner to work at an Outdoor Living site based in Kirby.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain indoor areas including shop floors, tills, offices, staff rooms, and toilets
- Sweep, mop, and maintain walkways, entrances, and outdoor display areas
- Empty bins and ensure waste is disposed of correctly, including recycling
- Clean glass surfaces, windows, and doors
- Maintain cleanliness in plant display areas, including removal of debris, leaves, and soil spills
- Ensure high hygiene standards in customer facilities (e.g., restrooms and café areas if applicable)
- Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as required
- Operate cleaning equipment safely (e.g., floor scrubbers, pressure washers where needed)
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or hazards to management
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Skills & Experience
- Previous cleaning experience is essential
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours
Working Conditions
- Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Physical role involving standing, bending, lifting, and walking

Working Hours
Monday - Friday 3 hours a day - 15 hours a week - there is the flexibilty to work these 3 hours any time after 3pm
Pay Rate
£13.21 per hour
