We’re looking for compassionate Support Workers to support adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, epilepsy, and challenging behaviour, in a supported living setting.
The role includes:
One-to-one support and lone working
Managing challenging behaviour using de-escalation techniques
Supporting daily living and personal care
Medication administration and record keeping
Promoting independence and wellbeing
You’ll need:
Minimum 3 months’ UK experience in a similar role
Experience with complex needs and challenging behaviour
CPI training (preferred)
