Role: Residential Conveyancer

Location: Merseyside & Cheshire / Hybrid working

Salary: £32,000 to £50,000

Position: Full time, permanent role

My client, a long-established and growing law firm with a strong presence across Merseyside, North Cheshire, and the surrounding areas, is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their award-winning Conveyancing team on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and committed conveyancer to join a firm known for its client-focused approach, strong reputation, and supportive working culture. The role will initially be fully office-based, moving to a hybrid working arrangement following successful completion of probation.

The successful candidate will manage their own residential conveyancing caseload while delivering high standards of client care within a busy and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and colleagues to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing residential conveyancing files efficiently and compliantly
  • Maintaining excellent communication with clients and third parties
  • Ensuring high standards of file management and quality control
  • Supporting a collaborative and positive team environment
  • Resolving issues proactively and using sound commercial judgement
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and client experience
  • Providing support and guidance to assistants and colleagues where required

The firm is keen to speak with qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, or FCILEx professionals with at least 5 years' residential conveyancing experience. Part-qualified candidates actively working towards qualification will also be considered.
