Role: x2 Senior Conveyancer
Location: Wirral
Position: Full time, permanent office based role
Our client, a well-established and growing law firm based on the Wirral, is seeking to recruit two experienced Senior Conveyancers to join their busy Residential Property team. These are fully office-based roles within a supportive and professional environment, offering strong caseloads and genuine long-term career progression.
The firm is hiring for two Senior Conveyancer positions:
Senior Conveyancer / Fee Earner
This role is focused on managing a busy and varied residential caseload, handling matters from instruction through to completion.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing approximately 80 residential conveyancing files
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Ensuring smooth progression of transactions and strong client care
- Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and third parties
Senior Conveyancer / Team Supervisor
This position combines hands-on conveyancing with additional responsibility for supporting and developing the wider team. You will play a key role in maintaining standards and assisting with day-to-day supervision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Training, mentoring, and supporting junior staff
- Overseeing file quality and assisting with supervision
- Supporting the smooth running of the conveyancing department
- Maintaining high technical and compliance standards
Both roles require experienced residential conveyancing fee earning experience and ideally a qualification (Solicitor/CLC/CILEX) with strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a busy office-based environment.
