Job Description
Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements:
- Experience in IT support or asset management
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience with IT ticketing or asset systems is desirable
- Full UK driving licence required
- Successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check
Responsibilities:
- Set up laptops and phones for new starters
- Manage IT equipment for leavers
- Order and maintain stock of laptops, phones, and accessories
- Manage user permissions and access
- Carry out stock checks and maintain asset records
- Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting

We are seeking an organised IT Asset Engineer to support the management of IT equipment and user setup across our business. This is a full-time role based in Preston Brook, where you will help maintain our technology assets, support new starter and leaver processes, and provide basic IT support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
