Job Description
Salary: £32,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements:
- IT support experience in the education sector (preferably in a school, college, or multi-academy trust setting)
- Proactive approach to providing IT support
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with systems and technologies in the education sector
Responsibilities:
- Provide first line and second line IT support to primary schools across Merseyside
- Resolve day-to-day technical issues for schools
- Maintain secure and reliable IT systems
- Ensure technology consistently supports teaching, learning, and school operations
- Conduct helpdesk support, on-site and remote troubleshooting
- Perform system maintenance and device builds/installation
- Monitor backups, security systems, and filtering systems
