Job Description
Salary: £29,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements:
- Experience in an MSP environment
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies
- Ability to manage client expectations and communicate clearly
- Comfortable with both service desk and project work
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Valid driving licence
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support to external customers
- Manage service desk inquiries and resolve technical issues
- Participate in project work for infrastructure changes
- Collaborate with a team of five technical staff
- Communicate effectively with clients and manage their expectations
- Visit client sites as needed
