Yes Care Services is looking for Field Care Supervisors to join our team in:St Helens, Sefton & Knowsley Salary: £29,000 + mileage allowance Hours: Full-time
About the Role:As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting both our service users and care teams, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care is delivered consistently.
Conducting initial visits and assessments for new service usersYour responsibilities will include:Creating and reviewing personalized care plansSupporting the Care Coordinator with day-to-day operationsCarrying out spot checks, observations, and mentoring staffProviding emergency care cover when requiredParticipating in the on-call rota (1 in 6 weekends + 1 weekday night) What We Offer:
