Head of Acquisition | Retail & Ecommerce Brand | Liverpool | £60,000 - £70,000 Zachary Daniels Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Head of Acquisition opportunity with a growing ecommerce and retail business based in the Liverpool area. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in paid media, digital growth or performance marketing to join a fast-paced business and take ownership of customer acquisition activity across multiple channels. The role will focus on driving traffic, customer growth and online performance, working closely with ecommerce, CRM and marketing teams to support wider commercial goals. Key responsibilities include: Managing paid acquisition activity across digital channels
Driving customer growth and online performance
Monitoring campaign performance and optimising results
Working with internal teams and external agencies
Supporting digital growth and customer acquisition strategies
Using data and insights to improve performance
Managing budgets and reporting on campaign activity
Helping identify new opportunities for growthWe are looking for: Experience within paid media, performance marketing or digital acquisition
Background within ecommerce, retail or consumer brands preferred
Understanding of channels such as Meta, Google or paid social
Commercial and data-driven mindset
Strong communication and organisational skills
Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environmentWhat's on offer: Salary between £60,000 - £70,000
