Location: Liverpool Position: Registered Manager (Dual or Solo Registration) Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (Dual Registration) / £45,000 - £50,000 (Solo Registration) Bonus: £5,000 for both homesAbout Us: We are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. Our homes focus on promoting growth, development, and well-being.Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee our two childrens homes in Liverpool. This role allows for dual or solo registration, and we seek a candidate with a strong background in children's services.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the childrens home(s).
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards.
- Lead and develop staff teams to provide high-quality care.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and welfare of all children in our care.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in childrens residential care.
- Must have previous experience with Ofsted registration.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
