Production Operative/Team Leader
Knowsley, L34 | Temporary to Permanent | Immediate Starts Available
Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for a Production Operative and a Team Leader on a genuine temporary to permanent basis for their client based in Knowsley, L34.
The company supplies high-quality beef and vegetarian substitutes to thousands of customers worldwide and offers excellent working conditions, real opportunities for permanent contracts and long-term progression.
We currently have two similar roles available on the 5am-1pm shift Monday to Friday
Debox Operative
£13.84 per hour 5am-6am, £13.14 per hour 6am-1pm
Debox Team Leader - this is still a hands on production role with duties as per below but also requires previous supervisory experience
£15.31 per hour 5am-6am, £14.61 per hour 6am-1pm
Key Duties
- Weighing out ingredients to ensure production requirements are met
- Recycling of all waste materials including packaging

Complete paperwork to ensure full traceability.

Regularly handle weights up to 25 kilograms.

Assist in achieving daily targets and KPIs.

Maintain a clean-as-you-go area and demonstrate GMP standards.

Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards.

Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
-
Previous experience working under food hygiene or HACCP regulations

Experience in a food production environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to standards.
- Strong manual handling skills
