Production Operative/Team Leader Knowsley, L34 | Temporary to Permanent | Immediate Starts Available Introduction Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for a Production Operative and a Team Leader on a genuine temporary to permanent basis for their client based in Knowsley, L34. We currently have two similar roles available on the 5am-1pm shift Monday to Friday Debox Operative £13.84 per hour 5am-6am, £13.14 per hour 6am-1pm Debox Team Leader - this is still a hands on production role with duties as per below but also requires previous supervisory experience £15.31 per hour 5am-6am, £14.61 per hour 6am-1pm Key Duties Weighing out ingredients to ensure production requirements are met Recycling of all waste materials including packaging
Complete paperwork to ensure full traceability. Regularly handle weights up to 25 kilograms. Assist in achieving daily targets and KPIs. Maintain a clean-as-you-go area and demonstrate GMP standards. Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Previous experience working under food hygiene or HACCP regulations Experience in a food production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to standards.
