Teaching Personnel are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a Primary School in Litherland for an Intervention / PPA Teacher to join their supportive team from September 2026.
This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for a passionate teacher who is dedicated to helping pupils reach their full potential while delivering engaging lessons across the primary age range.
The Role
The successful candidate will:

Deliver high-quality intervention sessions to support pupil progress

Provide PPA cover across different year groups

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Work closely with class teachers and support staff

Inspire and motivate children through creative teaching approaches
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Has experience teaching within a primary school setting
-
Demonstrates strong classroom management skills

Is adaptable, organised, and enthusiastic

Has a passion for raising attainment and supporting all learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
