ADVANCED NURSE PRACTITIONER (ANP) / ADVANCED CLINICAL PRACTITIONER (ACP)
ANP / ACP - Primary Care, OOH & Urgent Care Services
Locations: Liverpool, Warrington, Chester & Southport Job Type: Flexible Locum Sessions Setting: GP Practices, OOH, Same Day Access & Urgent Care Services
Rates: £45 to £50 per hour (Ltd/ Sole trader)
About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Advanced Clinical Practitioners to support a range of Primary Care and urgent care services across multiple locations.
This role is ideal for autonomous clinicians who are confident managing undifferentiated presentations within fast-paced clinical environments.

-Telephone triage services
-Same Day Access clinics
-Streaming services
-Community-based urgent care services
-Home visiting support services
Key Responsibilities
-Autonomous patient assessment and diagnosis
-Management of minor illness presentations
-Clinical decision making and treatment planning
-Prescribing within scope of practice
-Face-to-face and remote consultations
-Referral and escalation of complex presentations
-Maintaining accurate patient records using EMIS and or Adastra
-Supporting safe and effective patient flow
Requirements
-Full unrestricted NMC or HCPC Registration
-BSc Qualification in Nursing or relevant qualification
-Non-Medical Prescribing qualification (V300)
-Level 7 Clinical Assessment & Diagnostics
-Previous Primary Care or General Practice experience
-Ability to work independently within busy services
-Ability to conduct both face-to-face and remote consultations
-EMIS and or Adastra experience desirable
Desirable Experience
-MSc Advanced Clinical Practice
-Out of Hours or Urgent Care experience
-Streaming or Same Day Access experience
-Telephone triage experience
