Were working with a well-established and growing M&E contractor (part of a wider group) that delivers high-quality mechanical and electrical solutions across residential and commercial projects throughout the North West. The business has built a strong reputation for reliability, technical expertise, and long-term client partnerships, with a consistent pipeline of large-scale developments.
They are now looking to appoint aMechanical Contracts Managerto take ownership of multiple projects and play a key role from pre-construction through to handover.
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial schemes, while managing multiple site teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Leading and coordinating site teams across multiple sites
- Overseeing programme delivery, budgets, and quality standards
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within cost
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
About You:
- Proven experience in aMechanical Contracts Managerrole within construction/M&E
- Strong backgroundconstruction and building services
- Commercially aware with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident in client-facing situations
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple site teams
