Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner
Location: Liverpool, Warrington, Runcorn or Wigan with hybrid working
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

A well-established and growing regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner to join its busy and highly regarded Conveyancing team.

The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, maintaining high standards of client care and compliance throughout.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity matters
- Maintaining strong communication with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and third parties
- Managing files efficiently in line with deadlines, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Providing clear and commercially pragmatic advice to clients throughout the transaction process
- Resolving issues proactively and maintaining momentum on transactions
- Maintaining accurate file management and compliance standards
- Supporting assistants and junior colleagues where appropriate
- Contributing to a collaborative and positive team environment
- Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and client experience
Candidate Requirements
The firm is open to applications from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners.
You will be:
- A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or FCILEx
- Experienced in residential conveyancing with the ability to manage matters independently
- Technically strong across the full conveyancing process
- Confident handling client relationships and third-party communications
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Collaborative and team-oriented in your approach
- Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills
- Committed to delivering a high standard of client care
