Practical Leadership: Designing and executing rigorous laboratory investigations, ensuring students develop precise technical skills, analytical precision, and a deep respect for safety.
-
Conceptual Clarity: Demystifying complex theories—from cellular biology and chemical kinetics to fundamental physics laws—making the microscopic and macroscopic worlds tangible for all students.
-
Data-Driven Success: Utilising the academy’s robust assessment framework to identify and bridge learning gaps, ensuring all students are equipped to excel in their terminal examinations.
-
STEM Advocacy: Coordinating extra-curricular initiatives, such as Science Fair projects, eco-sustainability clubs, or regional STEM challenges, to foster a culture of curiosity and professional ambition.
The Successful Candidate We are looking for a subject authority who is passionate about cultivating a culture of evidence-based thinking and intellectual curiosity. Requirements include:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong honours degree in a Science-based discipline (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).

-
Instructional Precision: The ability to explain abstract scientific concepts with clarity and flair, fostering a deep engagement with the natural world.
