PRINCIPAL PEOPLE AND CHANGE PARTNER - 12 MONTHS FTC

Do you have significant experience of leading and delivering complex organisational change? Do you have the skills to partner with senior leaders to reshape high profile organisations and have the expertise to advise on consultation documentation and support redundancy processes? This is an interesting and challenging opportunity for a professional with proven experience of managing high-risk employee relations matters, ideally gained within complex and large organisations.
