My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a growing business based on the Wirral on a fixed-term contract, with an immediate start available.
The Role
Reporting into the Finance Manager, responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer accounts
- Chasing outstanding debt via phone and email
- Reducing aged debt and improving cash flow
- Produce aged debtor reports
- Resolving invoice and payment queries efficiently
- Allocating cash and reconciling accounts
- Building strong working relationships with customers and internal teams
- Producing aged debt reports and supporting month-end processes
Person spec:
- Previous experience within Credit Control
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
